Measure your property on Google Maps, then use the square footage to determine your price.
How to use Google Maps to measure your property:

Go to Google Maps. (Won't work on mobile devices)

Enter your address.

In the bottom left, where it says 'Layers,' select satellite view.

Zoom into your property as closely as you can while still seeing all the mowing area.

Right click any corner of your property line.

Select Measure Distance.

Click the corners of your property.

Click the starting point to complete the measurement.

The box at the bottom will tell you the square feet of your property. Come back to our website and select the option that your property fits into!
The above instructions are good enough to get a rough idea how much it will cost to hire us to perform your lawn maintenance. But, if you want to be more precise, follow these tips (don't worry, we'll do these for you to see if we can save you any money):

Only measure your mowing area. This could be smaller than your total property. ​After measuring your mowing area, clear the measurement and measure your house, driveway, sidewalks, and any other areas that are not mowable. Subtract those areas from your mowing area. This is how we do it to see if we can save you some money by not counting the non-mowable portions of your property!
