Terms and Conditions

This offer is for up to two yards of mulch of your color choice installed at a depth up to 2" over existing mulch. We will deliver the mulch, prep the beds by removing weeds by hand, install the mulch, and leave areas of your property impacted by our work "broom clean." The dye used on mulch, especially black, stains all surfaces. Our crews take precautions to protect your property from staining, but Uncle Onion's Lawn Service, LLC is not responsible for staining caused by the mulch dye, except in cases of obvious neglect on our part. Removal and disposal of old mulch is not included in this pricing. Removing excessive weeds or other prep work taking more than one hour is not included in this pricing. If the crew is on site for more than two hours, additional charges of $150 per hour may occur. You will be notified at the earliest moment possible after work has begun if we think the job will take more than two hours. At that time you will be given an estimate for the updated price and a clear reason why we need additional time. You will have the right to refuse further work, but you will be responsible for payment for services that have already been provided, including the consultation on additional pricing and scope of work. The price remains the same even if  less than two yards of mulch is needed and/or used. Colors generally available are red, black, brown, or undyed. Colors are not guaranteed to be available.

The mulch refresh must be scheduled on or before February 28, 2026. Service must be scheduled to occur in March, 2026 for this pricing. After March, or when this service is sold out, or if we decide to end the sale, regular pricing of about $550 for two yards of mulch will resume. Scheduling the service guarantees your price unless extenuating circumstances arise after seeing the jobsite and/or beginning the work. This offer is limited to the first 30 clients that schedule. An $80 deposit may be required at time of scheduling. Your deposit is non-refundable after we have purchased the material for your job, generally three days before the service is scheduled to occur.

In the event you need to reschedule this service outside the month of March 2026, we will honor the sale price for up to one reschedule. You may forfeit the sale price if you reschedule more than once, or more than 60 days from the original date the service was scheduled.

In the event we need to reschedule this service, as long as it is due to no fault of yours, we will honor the sale price.
