Fall Services

We use our powerful, commercial, electric lawn mowers to mulch the leaves into the lawn. This helps to protect the grass while also building the most nutrient soil possible. It also looks great! This service is best performed weekly. Pricing is your normal lawn mowing rate. In some lawns with heavy leaf fall, we may need to add $35 to your normal lawn mowing rate for mulching leaves.

Sometimes there are just too many leaves to effectively mulch. So we offer leaf removal services, as well! Many of our clients opt for a hybrid approach where we mulch weekly until the leaves are falling faster than we can mulch. Then we begin removing them. 

Core aeration is the only effective method for properly aerating your lawn. Unfortunately, core aerators are not avaiable in electric, so we use gas-powered machines for this service. 

We use a high quality, locally sourced grass seed that is blended by Virginia Tech specifically for our area. As long as you water it, we guarantee it will grow and thrive!
