1. The fee for priority, guaranteed service is $100 per month, and is automatically paid on December 1, January 1, February 1, and March 1, or you can pay for the full season upfront. The fee guarantees priority snow removal services for the months of December, January, February, and March. The fee accumulates seasonally and goes toward your snow removal services for the season. If at any time your services exceed the amount you prepaid, your payment method on file will be charged for any unpaid services within 72 hours of those services being rendered. Unused portions of fees paid DO NOT carry over to the next season. Any unused portion of fees paid is NONREFUNDABLE. This fee guarantees our services are reliable even in the harshest weather with the most dangerous conditions for our crews. It also helps us pay our employees a living wage in the slower winter months, and is greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!

2. We automatically begin working to clear walkways and driveways when snow or sleet has accumulated to an average depth of 2", or 1" for priority service, in the county or city in which you live. Notice, we work with accumulation, not fall, which can be vastly different. Local conditions can vary, meaning you can have more than 1" or 2" of accumulation but if 1" or 2" of accumulation has not been reported for your area, we will not mobilize. You are always welcome to call us at any time for service prior to 1" or 2" of accumulation.

3. Priority Service: You are first to get service, and we guarantee you will be serviced within 8 hours of accumulation reaching 1" in your area. If we fail to have, at a minimum, a clear pathway from your front door to your vehicle within 8 hours of 1" of snow accumulating, you will receive a 20% discount for that single service. Any return services, even during the same snow event, will be billed at the full rate.

NOTICE: Ice cannot always be removed from walkways and driveways. Our crews do their best to fully clear all snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways by using machines, tools, and products designed to safely remove and/or melt ice, but we cannot guarantee that all walking and driving surfaces will be 100% free of ice or slippery conditions. Walking on ice or other slippery surfaces is dangerous and can cause injuries or death. Uncle Onion's Lawn Service, LLC and its employees are not responsible for injuries caused by ice to any person for any reason.
