This is a "set it and forget it service." We take care of everything from mowing the lawn to trimming bushes, to weeding flower beds. Enjoy discounts by automatically paying for all of the services you need on the first of the month! Additional discounts are offered to our Elite clients for all of our services.

NO CONTRACTS! Cancel anytime, just pay the remaining balance due for any services performed. 

All of our Elite services include:

  • Professional diagnostics for your lawn and plants.​

  • ​1 hour design and consultation services with our trained and educated experts.

  • We inventory your plants and prune them based on the Virginia Tech pruning schedule.

  12-month Service Also Includes:

  • Snow removal;

  • Weekly lawn maintenance through winter:

    • Remove leaves, sticks, litter, and debris.​

  Add-ons:

  • Fall aeration and overseed

  • Remove leaves in the fall from the lawn WEEKLY. 

  • Bag grass clippings.

  • Organic lawn treatments and safe, chemical-free weed control. 

                   Spring:

  • 2 hours of labor for:

    • Refresh mulch (material is an additional cost).

    • Weed established beds. 

  • Prune plants, trim bushes and small trees.

  • Remove sticks, litter, and other debris from lawn. 

  • Blow off porches, patios, decks, sidewalks, driveways, and welcome mats. 

  • Begin your premium, electric lawn mowing services.

             Summer:

Weekly:

  • Premium electric lawn mowing.​

  • Remove sticks, litter, and other debris from lawn. 

  • Blow off porches, patios, decks, sidewalks, driveways, and welcome mats.

As-needed:​

  • Prune plants, trim bushes and small trees.

  • Maintain weeds in established beds (Areas with mulch, stone, flowerbeds, etc.).

                 Fall:

  • Mulch leaves into the lawn WEEKLY with our powerful electric lawn mowers.

  • Prune plants, trim bushes and small trees, as needed.

  • Maintain weeds in established beds.

  • Remove sticks, litter, and other debris from lawn.  

  • Prepare your lawn and landscaping for winter. 

20% discount on other services for our Elite clients:

  • Fall Aeration: Starts at $120

  • Fall overseed: Only pay for the seed, labor is included.

  • Pressure washing only offered to our Elite clients (fences, patios, decks, etc). 

  • 1-hour FREE consultation with a professional expert Gardener or Horticulturalist ($125 value!). Ask for advice on any landscaping project you want to DIY!

  • Dump Truck and Van Hauling Services: Starts at $40, a 20% discount! Need an old basketball goal hauled away? Purchased a a large item and need it safely delivered? We can do it! 

  • Landscape Design and Installation: 20% off the installation of any landscaping. Max $200 discount.
