Uncle Onion’s Lawn Care, LLC, aka Uncle Onion’s Electric, Organic Lawn Care, is a forward thinking, progressive lawn care company. We are a small, family owned business with big goals that involve fast growth. All of our equipment is battery powered, even our van, because we believe people deserve the right to live and work in a clean environment that is free from air, water, ground, and noise pollution.

The employee package (part-time and full-time) includes: ​

• Flexible time off for verifiable illness. Don't come to work sick, we'll take care of you.

• Company provides PPE (gloves, mask, eye protection, hi-vis vest), hat, and shirts.

• Comprehensive (up to 50 hours) paid training on all job duties.

Additionally, our all-electric lawn equipment prevents our employees being exposed to the amount of noise and vibrations as gas, with absolutely zero fumes to inhale. Our organic lawn care program is safer for employees and the environment than traditional lawn care treatments. Keeping our employees safe, comfortable, and happy is our top priority.

Your first two weeks with Uncle Onion’s will consist of a rigorous training program (Fully paid!). We train every new employee regardless of your experience.
